About the Role: Growth Marketing Lead
We are looking for a strategic and execution-heavy Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead our market expansion. This is a unique role operating at the intersection of B2B and B2C marketing (B2B2C).
Your objective is twofold: building high-trust relationships with hospital partners (B2B) while simultaneously designing high-impact marketing funnels that drive patient engagement and brand awareness for the services we power (B2C).
In this role, you will:
Our growth team owns the complete lifecycle — from prospecting and institutional pipeline creation to complex negotiation and post-partnership scaling.
We're seeking someone with:
- 2–4 years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing
- Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, or service-based industries preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, and Analytics
- Proven ability to design and execute campaigns independently
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and retention strategies
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
