About the Role: Growth Marketing Lead

We are looking for a strategic and execution-heavy Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead our market expansion. This is a unique role operating at the intersection of B2B and B2C marketing (B2B2C).

Your objective is twofold: building high-trust relationships with hospital partners (B2B) while simultaneously designing high-impact marketing funnels that drive patient engagement and brand awareness for the services we power (B2C).

Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies to scale patient acquisition across partner hospitals.
Optimize the B2B2C lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from institutional partnership to consumer-facing service delivery.
Leverage data analytics to refine marketing spend and maximize ROI across diverse channels.
Remote Role 5 Days a Week Global / Remote

In this role, you will:

Our growth team owns the complete lifecycle — from prospecting and institutional pipeline creation to complex negotiation and post-partnership scaling.

Identify and unlock new growth opportunities (Digital, Partnerships, Offline)
Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns
Lead end-to-end funnel optimization (Awareness → Retention)
Collaborate with product & sales to enhance conversion rates
Manage and scale Paid Ads, SEO, and Content marketing
Own monthly and quarterly growth targets (Leads, Revenue)
Maintain a strong experimentation pipeline (A/B testing)
Monitor key metrics and create structured performance reports
Analyze competitor strategies and market trends
Work with internal teams for seamless campaign scaling

We're seeking someone with:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing
  • Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, or service-based industries preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, and Analytics
  • Proven ability to design and execute campaigns independently
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
