About the Role
Our Sales team plays a critical role in driving hospital partnerships and revenue growth.
We are seeking a high-performing, field-driven sales professional to lead hospital acquisition and partnership development initiatives.
Noida (On-Site) 5 Days a Week Full-Time
Core Responsibilities
Identify and develop new hospital partnership opportunities
Conduct in-person meetings with hospital leadership
Present structured software & partnership solutions
Lead negotiations and close strategic agreements
Manage and grow assigned hospital accounts
Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Drive consistent pipeline generation
Collaborate with marketing & operations teams
Requirements
- 2–3 years of mandatory B2B sales experience
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or service-based sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
- Revenue-focused and performance-driven mindset
- Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
