Launching Explicity Health

Rolling out globally, you can securely connect your health records, diagnostic lab histories, and physician copilots into one unified experience.

Explicity Health Feature Suite

Today, we are launching Explicity Health, rolling out across India and globally. Explicity Health brings your essential medical records, diagnostic lab reports, immunization histories, and physician copilots together into one secure digital health experience.

Every year, hundreds of millions of patients navigate an unnecessarily fragmented healthcare system. From interpreting complex quarterly blood panels and preparing for specialist consultations to recalling historical surgical notes during emergency room visits, critical diagnostic context remains scattered across isolated patient portals, physical paper binders, app dashboards, and legacy hospital databases. This systemic fragmentation makes it nearly impossible for attending physicians to synthesize a patient's complete medical story at the point of care.

With explicit patient consent, Explicity Health draws directly from your encrypted MedBuddy vault and connected health networks—such as hospital portals (Apollo, Fortis, Max, AIIMS, Manipal) and diagnostic laboratories (Dr Lal PathLabs, Metropolis, SRL Diagnostics, Thyrocare). Explicity AI automatically parses unstructured lab PDFs, analyzes multi-year biomarker trends (such as HbA1c, lipid panel, or organ function trajectories), and constructs prioritized consultation briefings prior to your next doctor visit.

Behind the scenes, we are advancing specialized clinical reasoning models designed specifically for medicine. These models process multi-modal diagnostic data—from hematology reports and ECGs to high-resolution MRI scans—while adhering to strict evidence-based clinical protocols. By flagging missing medical context and highlighting potential drug interactions before prescriptions are written, Explicity Health acts as a proactive guardian for patient safety.

Crucially, Explicity Health operates under a strict human-in-the-loop medical mandate. Artificial intelligence within Explicity does not replace licensed doctors or issue standalone medical diagnoses; instead, it provides clear, verifiable clinical synthesis that enables physicians to make faster, more accurate decisions while spending more dedicated time listening to their patients.

THE CLINICAL CHALLENGE

Bridging the gap between raw data and clinical insight

Consider the typical journey of a patient managing chronic hypertension alongside metabolic dysregulation. Over five years, they accumulate dozens of lab PDFs across three diagnostic providers, two hospital discharge digests, and multiple prescription slips. When visiting a new specialist, the physician is faced with a choices: spend 15 minutes of a 20-minute consultation slot manually skimming paper records, or proceed with incomplete context.

Explicity Health changes this paradigm fundamentally. By normalizing diverse lab report standards into a unified clinical ontology, our system transforms raw PDF scans into continuous biomarker trajectories. When an elevated serum creatinine level is detected alongside a sudden shift in blood pressure medication, Explicity AI alerts the clinician to evaluate renal function trajectory—transforming static paper reports into actionable longitudinal care.

Key Clinical Innovations in Explicity Health

  • Unstructured Document Parsing: High-precision OCR and medical NER (Named Entity Recognition) extract numerical values, reference ranges, and diagnostic units from scanned paper reports.
  • Longitudinal Biomarker Tracking: Automatically maps historical blood panels across different laboratory measurement standards into standardized trend vectors.
  • Physician Intake Briefings: Generates concise 1-page pre-consultation briefings summarizing past diagnoses, current medications, active allergies, and key lab anomalies in 30 seconds.
  • Zero Data Loss Architecture: Encrypts every ingested medical artifact with patient-held keys, preventing record displacement during hospital transfers.

What We Contribute

Explore Explicity Health's flagship platforms connecting patients, physicians, biometric security, and clinical intelligence.

PATIENT DIGITAL HEALTH WALLET

MedBuddy

Sovereign health record management & unified clinical timeline.

MedBuddy serves as an autonomous patient digital health wallet. It automatically ingests paper lab reports, blood panel trends, diagnostic imaging PDFs, prescription history, and hospital discharge notes—synthesizing scattered medical data into a single, chronological timeline accessible anywhere.

Core Clinical Capabilities

  • Instant Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and lab diagnostic extraction.
  • Sovereign patient record ownership with 100% encrypted data vaulting.
  • Emergency record sharing via biometric QR access tokens.
SECURE CLINICAL ACCESS

Zero-knowledge biometric passkeys with MedPass

Explicity Health natively supports secure FHIR-compliant health data exchanges, allowing patients to securely aggregate records from hospital networks and independent diagnostic labs into their private vault.

Through our MedPass Biometric Identity layer, patients can grant temporary, 15-minute decrypted passkeys to attending medical staff during in-person or telemedicine consultations. Once the consultation window closes, encryption keys expire automatically, leaving zero residual patient data on local clinic terminals.

15-Minute MedPass Keys

Generate zero-knowledge biometric authorization passes for attending physicians, guaranteeing time-limited access.

CLINICAL EVALUATION BENCHMARK

Improving Health Intelligence with Physicians

Physicians extensively evaluated Explicity AI models across 5,000+ real-world diagnostic scenarios, measuring performance across accuracy, clarity, completeness, instruction following, and health decision helpfulness.

EVALUATION & RIGOROUS TESTING

Multidisciplinary medical evaluation and red-teaming

Prior to release, Explicity Health underwent rigorous evaluations led by a board of practicing clinicians, medical informaticians, and biomedical ethicists. Over 5,000 anonymized clinical scenarios were synthesized to benchmark model accuracy against real-world hospital outcomes.

Physicians and clinical specialists extensively tested Explicity Health prior to public release, helping us measure and improve real-world model performance and safety with connected health data. While these results represent meaningful progress and we are continuously advancing our clinical reasoning models, Explicity Health can still make mistakes and does not replace the professional care, diagnosis, and judgment of qualified medical professionals. We encourage people to verify important diagnostic information and discuss medical decisions with their healthcare provider.

PRIVACY & DATA GOVERNANCE

Built with privacy, security, and control

Explicity Health is built with layered privacy and security safeguards. All Explicity conversations are encrypted at rest and in transit, and information connected in Health receives additional zero-knowledge encryption protections.

1. The information connected in Health is not used to train our foundation models or target ads

Connected medical records, diagnostic lab reports (from Apollo Diagnostics, Dr Lal PathLabs, Metropolis, SRL, and Thyrocare), and conversations that use them are not used to train our foundation models or target ads, regardless of the model-training setting you choose for Explicity. Conversations that do not use this data follow your standard model-training choices in Settings > Data Controls.

2. You decide when Explicity can use the information connected in Health

By default, Explicity asks for permission before using connected medical records and health information to personalize a response. You can approve each request or choose to grant temporary session authorization via MedPass. You can change this setting anytime in Settings > Privacy > Health.

3. You can disconnect your Health information at any time

You can disconnect accounts at any time in MedBuddy > Accounts. When you do, data synced from that source is deleted from Explicity's systems within 30 days. Information already included in your conversation history remains until you delete those conversations.

4. Memory remains in your control

To personalize future chats, memories can be created from your Health conversations. Memories are not created directly from connected medical records or raw diagnostic lab files. If you'd like to have a conversation without creating memories, you can use Temporary Health Mode or turn memory off in Settings > Memory.

5. Additional safeguards help protect sensitive sharing

Before Explicity AI takes an action in another connected tool or clinical platform—like forwarding a summary to an attending doctor via Kanact—additional safeguards check that the sharing matches your explicit request. For sensitive medical actions, Explicity asks you to confirm before proceeding. We continue to test these safeguards through dedicated red-team exercises focused on connected information in Health.

6. How to connect and use your health information

You can ask health questions in Explicity without connecting anything. To use Health and get responses grounded in your own information, you can choose to connect supported medical records from Indian hospital systems (Apollo, Fortis, Max, AIIMS, Manipal), diagnostic lab portals (Dr Lal PathLabs, Metropolis, SRL Diagnostics), or MedBuddy Vault.
