Hiring philosophy
At Explicity, we look for curious, technically strong, and impact-driven individuals who are passionate about building intelligent healthcare AI systems. Our interview process is designed to evaluate both your technical capability and your ability to think critically in real-world AI scenarios.
Below is an overview of what you can expect when you apply. We aim for a consistent process where candidates can showcase their unique strengths and research-oriented thinking.
Interview process
1. Application & Resume Review
Submit your application and resume through our careers portal or official communication channel. Our team will review your profile within 1–2 business days. If your background aligns with the role requirements, you will receive a response to move forward.
2. Initial Screening (Round 1)
In this round, we assess your academic background, AI/ML knowledge, and understanding of Generative AI. We look for candidates who have practical exposure to model development and clear career goals.
3. Technical Skill Evaluation (Round 2)
This round focuses on hands-on skills. Depending on the role, this may include AI/ML technical questions, model architecture discussions, coding evaluation, and problem-solving scenarios. We evaluate your depth of technical knowledge and clarity in explaining complex AI concepts.
4. Project Assessment (Round 3)
Qualified candidates will receive a specific AI-related topic and problem statement with a submission deadline. You will build and submit a working project or research-based solution. This helps us evaluate your practical implementation skills, experimentation approach, and code quality.
5. Final Evaluation & Decision
After reviewing your project, we conduct a final assessment discussion to test your conceptual clarity. Once all rounds are completed, our team will inform you of the final decision. If selected, you will receive a formal offer from Explicity.
