About the Role

Our Sales team plays a critical role in driving hospital partnerships and revenue growth.

We are seeking a high-performing, field-driven sales professional to lead hospital acquisition and partnership development initiatives. This is a B2B sales role that requires direct engagement with hospital administrators, management teams, and key decision-makers.

You will own the complete sales lifecycle β€” from prospecting and pipeline creation to negotiation, closure, and post-sale relationship management.

In this role, you will:

  • β€’ Identify and develop new hospital partnership opportunities
  • β€’ Conduct in-person meetings with hospital administrators and leadership
  • β€’ Present structured partnership and software solutions
  • β€’ Lead negotiations and close strategic agreements
  • β€’ Manage and grow assigned hospital accounts
  • β€’ Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • β€’ Drive consistent pipeline generation and forecasting
  • β€’ Monitor performance metrics and deliver structured reports
  • β€’ Analyze competitor positioning and market trends
  • β€’ Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams for execution

We’re seeking someone with:

  • β€’ 2–3 years of mandatory B2B sales experience
  • β€’ Experience in healthcare, hospital, SaaS, or service-based sales preferred
  • β€’ Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
  • β€’ Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • β€’ Ability to independently manage field sales cycles
  • β€’ Revenue-focused and performance-driven mindset
  • β€’ Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • β€’ Education: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
