About the Role: Growth Marketing Lead
We are looking for a strategic and execution-heavy **Growth Marketing Lead** to spearhead our market expansion. This is a unique role operating at the intersection of **B2B and B2C marketing (B2B2C)**.
Your objective is twofold: building high-trust relationships with hospital partners (B2B) while simultaneously designing high-impact marketing funnels that drive patient engagement and brand awareness for the services we power (B2C).
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies to scale patient acquisition across partner hospitals.
- Optimize the B2B2C lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from institutional partnership to consumer-facing service delivery.
- Leverage data analytics to refine marketing spend, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI across diverse digital and offline channels.
The Sales Lifecycle
Our growth team owns the complete lifecycle β from prospecting and institutional pipeline creation to complex negotiation, closure, and post-partnership scaling.
In this role, you will:
- β’ Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across digital, partnership, and offline channels
- β’ Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement
- β’ Lead end-to-end funnel optimization (Awareness β Conversion β Retention)
- β’ Collaborate with product, sales, and operations to enhance user experience and conversion rates
- β’ Manage and scale performance marketing channels including Paid Ads, SEO, and Content
- β’ Own monthly and quarterly growth targets (Leads, Conversions, Revenue Contribution)
- β’ Build and maintain a strong experimentation pipeline through A/B testing and campaign iterations
- β’ Monitor key growth metrics and create structured performance reports
- β’ Analyze competitor strategies, customer behavior, and market trends
- β’ Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and scaling
Weβre seeking someone with:
- β’ 2β4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- β’ Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, or service-based industries preferred
- β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- β’ Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, Analytics platforms)
- β’ Proven ability to design and execute high-impact campaigns independently
- β’ Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and retention strategies
- β’ Excellent communication skills in both Hindi & English
- β’ Education: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
